??????? 董建波博士担任轩竹生物生物大分子药物研发负责人。毕业于中科院遗传发育所。在美国有近20年从事生物大分子药物研发的背景，对抗体药物的发现，工程改造及临床应用有深厚的经验。董建波博士曾在加州大学旧金山分校从事近10年的抗体发现和改造的经验，在美国生物科技公司AB Studio Inc.主管抗体药物开发期间，完成了多个双特异抗体药物的开发，其中2个项目已进入临床试验。在国际主流杂志共发表论文10余篇，申请和授权美国发明专利3项。

???????? Dr. Jianbo Dong is in charge of R&D of the biotherapeutics at Xuanzhu Biopharma. Dr. Dong earned his PhD in Biochemistry and Cell Biology, at Chinese Academy of Sciences. Dr. Dong has more than 20 years of experience in antibody drug development. As a scientist at UCSF, his main expertise is in antibody discovery and engineering, antibody as cancer therapeutics, and brain delivery. While Dr. Dong was working in AB Studio Inc., he had successfully supervised and managed multiple bispecific antibody projects, and two of them are now in clinical studies. He has published more than 10 peer-review papers and 3 patents in the field of antibody therapeutics.
